Baking Class @ Ginger and Baker

Join us on September 9th, 2026 from 5:30–8:30PM for a French cooking experience at Ginger and Baker (359 Linden Street Fort Collins)

You'll get hands-on instruction from an in-house Chef alongside a French lesson from Richie at FoCo French. This month we’re cooking Gougères, Classic Chocolate Soufflé, and Palmiers. Then sit down to enjoy everything you made. A recipe packet with all menu items is included.

French Club @ The Neighbor

Join us the first Wednesday of every month, 6:00–8:00PM at The Neighbor (144 S Mason St, Fort Collins).

Intermediate/Advanced level recommended but all are welcome, including kids! Expect 120 minutes of complete French immersion — no slides, no textbooks, just papotage — with the opportunity to purchase curated French wines, coffee, or snacks from our host. No tickets necessary, just show up!

Grand Opening @ FoCo French Studio
